About dpa²

Following almost 20 years working in the planning & development department of a West End chartered surveying practice, I literally floated dpa² in 2012 with our premises being onboard HMS President and moored at  Victoria Embankment  (Pictured above).

The objective was to create a property consultancy dedicated to providing advice to clients on the disposal of residential and mixed-use development opportunities in London and the South East. 

Sadly, HMS President has moved on and I have resumed sole ownership of dpa² and I continue to provide best-in-class advice to my clients from my new office in Surrey.

Since inception of dpa², I have advised a diverse client-base ranging from private individuals to national corporates and charities. In my career, I have acted on transactions with a combined value in excess of £500m. 

The highly focussed nature of my business means that I am equally as capable of dealing with a £50m outright disposal as I am negotiating an option agreement for nominal consideration.
